10x Genomics Visium whole transcriptome spatial assays

The Spatial and Genome Technologies Core offers Visium, the powerful spatial transcriptomics platform from 10x Genomics that maps whole-transcriptome gene expression to intact tissue sections. Visium enables researchers to visualize and quantify gene activity in the spatial context of tissue architecture—bridging histology and transcriptomics.
We support both fresh frozen and FFPE (with CytAssist) workflows for a wide range of species, including human, mouse and custom model organisms. Our Visium services include:
